Scott Gore was born and raised in Kansas, on the family farm where he eventually married and began the first few years of married life. Raised in a family with a strong faith in Christ, he has always been confident in his path in life. At the age of six Scott discovered an interest in braiding and now has become proficient in the art of making cowboy gear. He is part of a movement that desires keeping western culture and art alive, and is an instructor for an online rawhide braiding course. Scott has a passion for working with his hands and creating, and even more so for teaching. It is a passion that extends to his interest in horsemanship. He has had a lifelong love of horses, always knowing he wanted to work with horses and utilize them for the aspects of ranch work. He feels most at home in the saddle, believing there is no more honest creature than the horse. It was at a branding that he met his wife, Robyn, and from the beginning it was clear that she was his partner, the person God put forward to walk through life with. Together Scott and Robyn managed a small cow-calf operation in Kansas, but it was becoming increasingly evident that something was missing. For years it had been on Scott’s heart to move to Missouri and become a part of something more. Through patience and faith the time for a move was made clear. With RPM, Scott found that working with and teaching young boys, has been the missing piece that has brought complete fulfillment and satisfaction to his life.
